This silly fish gets to be the "Pond Queen" rather than the "Prom Queen." The dark green sequined fabric used on its body came from a dress found in a thrift store, and it's entirely possible it really was worn to a prom. She's wearing a white and blue sash that spells out Pond Queen in gold sequined letters. This piece is mounted onto a wooden backing board, and it is wired and ready to hang.
