Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at beckbaumann@gmail.com. 

The buyer will pay the return shipping fees, and use the original packaging if possible. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Damages and issues

All pieces are packed as carefully as possible, however if the artwork is damaged during shipping we offer two ways to resolve the issue:

1. The buyer may return the damaged artwork for a full refund. 
2. The buyer may return the damaged artwork for repairs (upon consultation with Beck).
