Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Do you take custom commissions?
Commissions are available on a limited basis. If you have a project idea you'd like to discuss, please share the idea and general budget via this form, and Beck will get back to you. Please be aware that commissions are incredibly time-consuming and so both the wait time and cost is higher than Beck's usual pricing.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — free local delivery is available in the Reno/Sparks, Tahoe, and Carson areas.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically posted within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a personal email from Beck with an overall update on your order status, followed by a second email with your tracking number once it ships. Orders ship from Reno, Nevada, so parcels traveling to the East Coast will take a few extra days.
