This is Grandma’s big TV with rabbit ears and a doily on top. When I started making this television, I didn’t know what to call it, or what kind of personality it would have, but then I got fixated on the idea of adding a doily. Suddenly it was clear, it would belong to Grandma. I used a mint-teal sequin for the interior, and a zigzag peach fabric for the control panel. Under the fabric you can see the TV speaker.
This piece is wired and ready to hang on the wall.
