This is Dolly Duck in all her sequined and bedazzled glory! Inspired by the lovely singer and actress Dolly Parton, her sequined outfit was based on a dress she wore at the end of the film "Rhinestone Cowboy." It made a huge impression on me as a kid, and I decided to add a rhinestoned cowboy hat to complete the look. Her blond hair is made of sequined twists, and her duck feet have been glittered and resined to retain their sparkly shine.
